This website (packlabb.com.au) is operated by Sticky Sitch Pty Ltd (ABN 61 661 239 943) trading as Packlabb, located at Unit 84/90 Cranwell Street, Braybrook VIC 3019, Australia. By accessing or using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. Our products are intended for commercial and personal use and are sold to customers located in Australia.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order on packlabb.com.au constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted and a contract is not formed until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing and GST

All prices displayed on packlabb.com.au are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10%, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Custom printing and artwork

By submitting artwork to Packlabb, you confirm that:

• You own or have the legal right to use all elements of the artwork, including logos, images, and text

• The artwork does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights

• The artwork does not contain illegal, defamatory, or offensive content

Packlabb reserves the right to refuse to print any artwork that we consider to be inappropriate, offensive, or potentially in breach of any law. We accept no liability for intellectual property infringements arising from artwork provided by customers.

A digital proof will be provided for your approval before printing commences. Once you approve the proof, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled or modified. You take responsibility for the accuracy of the approved proof.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments. Packlabb does not store your payment card details.

Intellectual property

All content on packlabb.com.au, including but not limited to logos, text, images, graphics, and design, is the property of Sticky Sitch Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Packlabb's liability for any claim arising in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at packlabb.com.au. By using our website and placing orders, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at info@packlabb.com.au. We will endeavour to resolve disputes informally within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Australian law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or placing of orders after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
