Where we ship

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside Australia and would like a quote, please contact us at info@packlabb.com.au.

Production turnaround

All Packlabb products are custom-printed in Melbourne. Our standard production turnaround is 2 to 3 business days from the date you approve your proof. Production does not begin until proof approval is received.

During busy periods or for large orders, we will advise you of any extended turnaround times before production begins.

Shipping timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Melbourne metro: 1 to 2 business days

  • Victoria regional: 2 to 3 business days

  • NSW, QLD, SA: 2 to 4 business days

  • WA, NT, TAS: 4 to 7 business days

These are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Packlabb is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

  • Orders over $200 (inc GST): free express shipping

  • Orders under $200 (inc GST): flat rate $20 inc GST

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total.

Express shipping

Free express shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $200 (inc GST). For orders under $200, express shipping upgrades may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your delivery via the carrier's website.

Incorrect shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@packlabb.com.au. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot redirect it and additional shipping costs may apply to resend.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us at info@packlabb.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, reprint or refund your order.
