Our commitment
At Packlabb, every order is custom-printed to your specifications. We take quality seriously and stand behind our work. If something goes wrong on our end, we will fix it at no charge.
Custom-printed orders
Because each order is produced specifically for you — using your artwork, your size specifications, and your quantity — custom-printed orders are non-refundable once printing has commenced.
We strongly recommend reviewing your proof carefully before approving. Nothing goes to print until you give us the green light.
Print defects and errors — we reprint at no charge
If your order arrives with any of the following, we will reprint your order or issue a full refund at your choice:

A print error caused by Packlabb (e.g. incorrect colour, misaligned print, blurry or incomplete artwork)

Damaged or defective packaging caused during production

Incorrect product delivered (wrong size, wrong type, wrong quantity)
To make a claim, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@packlabb.com.au with your order number and photos of the defect. We will respond within 1 business day.
Artwork errors
If the print matches the proof you approved but there is an error in your original artwork (e.g. spelling mistake, incorrect logo, wrong colour values), this is not covered under our reprint policy. We recommend proofing your artwork carefully before approval. If you spot an issue after approval but before printing has started, contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate the change.
Unprinted (plain) orders
Plain unprinted stock is sold by the carton. As these are standard-stock items (not customised), returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the cartons are unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Contact us at info@packlabb.com.au to arrange a return.
Sample orders
The $15 sample fee covers one printed unit to verify quality, sizing, and artwork before committing to a larger order. Sample orders are non-refundable, as they are produced to your specifications.
Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on custom-printed orders once production has commenced. If you change your mind before printing starts, contact us immediately and we will cancel the order where possible.
Australian Consumer Law
Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your statutory rights.
